Wellington, this day. When Mr Jellicoe's motion for particulars in the petition againsb Sir R. Stoub came on to-day, ib was agreed to postpone it) till alter hearing the preliminary objections on the 20th. If they succeed bhe case falls to bhe ground ; if nob -he motion will be argued, aud, if it be granted, tbe further bearing will be adjourned for a week.
