PECULIAR WILL CASE.

Wellington, this day. A peculiar will case waa before bhe Courb from Wanganui bo-day, viz., Batsqn y. Morgan and Green. The will was apparently copied from a form given in almanacs, and aaid, "I give and devise bo ray widow," bub left a space blank. The words were badly spelled and ill-writton. Thia was a friendly suit to determine whether the widow was entitled to the whole property. Thero are eight children, and bhe amounb involved is only £200.
