London, February 2. A ntjmbee of clergymen have petitioned for a convocation by too Archbishop of Canterbury to consider the tendency of juries bo return verdicts of " temporary insanity " in cases of suicide. They consider the return of such verdicts, and the increase of suicides, to be weakening and a criminal stigma.
