Messrs A. Buckland and Sons' Weekly Report.—At the Hayrnarkeb during the past week oaken sheaves have ranged from Is 6d to 2s 3d the cvvb; maize, 2s 7d ; sound wheat, 2s lOd ; damaged wheat, Is 7d to 2s; out 3, 2a 6d the bushel. Ford's lung mixture and Little's sheep dip in brisk inquiry. On Friday horse?, yarded numerously, were dullof sale, and many passed. A heavy draught horse sold for £18 15s; medium draught, £8 to £11 oach. The usual eale of hides and skins waß postponed to Tuesday next, consequent on the wool- sale. At the country cuttle sales held ab Pokeno and Drury there were smaller mußtera of cattle than usual. Prices for those brought forward wore well sustained. Ab Romuera, on Thursday, dairy cattle in usual numbers were dull of eale ; those sold were at late values. Prices for cows near profit ranged from £4 15s to £7 each. Store cattle in moderate number were eagerly competed for. Calves numerous ; fat calves from 12s to 42s ; weaners, 3s bo 8s each. Fat cattle in full number, mostly steers; 208 sold were scarcely do high in price as last week. Steers were steady ab 20s per 1001b. Sheep in fall number : 1,600 sold ; barley kept last week's values. Store ewea, full mouth, were' from 4s 3d to 6s 6d; aged ewes, 2s; store wethers, 6s to 8s 6d; fab wethers, 9s to 13s 6d ; fat ewes, 6s 9d to Us each* Lambs in less than usual number; 206 sold wero ab lower values. Prices for good lambs were from 7b 6d to 9s 9d each. Pies in full number sold freely ; weaners from 8s to 13s; porkers, 18s to 32s each. Messrs Hunter and Nolan's Repoht.— Cattle: Activity has characterised the markeb, and the demand up to the previous week's prices has been good. Ab the Newmarkeb yards on Tuesday there was good bidding throughoub bhe eale with little alteration in value. Top sorts were a chilling per 1001b, lowor, prices ranging from 19s to 21s per 1001b. Some averages of fab steers were : £9 Is, £8 14s 4d, £8 4s 4d, £8 3s 9d, £8 Is 2d, £7 13s 6d, £7 12s 6d, £7 8s 9d,.£6 18s 3d ; cows, £6, £5 10s, £5 ss, £4 18s 4d. Sheep: The Newmarket pens were well filled on Tuesday, and a steady demand existed throughout for wetbers, at from 9a bo 14s ; ewes from 8s bo 11s 9d : lambs, 5s bo 10s 9d. Pigs, in limibed numbers, bub of good quality, sold at from 2£d to 3d per lb, live weighbi Messrs G. W. Binney and Son's Report.—On account oi the wool sales the usual weekly sales of hides and sheepskins were not held. On Wednesday we offered a catalogue of 689 bales of wool, and sold ab auction and privately 681. Coarse crossbreds and longvvools advanced id as compared with last sale. Halfbreds and fine crcasbroda were from par to |d better. Longwools sold up to 7|d, crosabreda to Bjd, fine croßsbreds to Bgdj merino to 6|d per lb. Hams and
