A special meeting of the Auckland Harbou 1" Board was held this morning, with reference to matters relating to the Board's stoam hopper dredge No. I2l,whicb has just returned to Auckland from Melbourne.

\1 r Crowther moved, and ib was agreed : i'liat the Harbour Board consent to take over the dredger No. 121, on inspection being satisfactory, provided the Public Works Department pays the sum of £350 to the Board in lieu of dismantling and refitting the dredge."
