Williamson reports tho sole of Mr Jones' property, off Cook-atreeb, consisting of two houses and land, to Mr Webber, for the sum of £240. The cottage in Cook-sbreeb sold for £205.v Brigham's claim was passed in at 7s per acre, and Mr Firbh's machinery and patents elicited a sporting offer only. The 80-acre farm at the Mauku was nob offered.
