TO-MORROWS RACES AT OTAHUHU.

The newly formed Onehunga and Obahuhu Racing Club boid their Spring Meeting on the Otahuhu race-course* to-morrow, the firsb event starting at> half-past one. Trains leave the Auckland station for the course at 12.30 and 12.50 p.m. The Maiden Plate is the first event of the day. Dorothy has nothing to complain of on the score of weight, and if abe is in the humour, she should be hard to beat. Alf is an inmate of Williamson's stable. He is a four-year-old by Natator, and from what 1 hear about him he Bhould win. In tho Hurdle Race I like Belmonb or Lonaly, and the latter may get home Mr Evett has well concealed the winner of the Spring Handicap. If Ida is well, I will stand her to win*, with Van Diemen next best. The Steeplechase should be a good race between Chester and Long Roper, and of the bwo I prefer Chester. The Flying Stakes looks a good thing for Gay Deceiver, and St. Kilda may get second place. Tho Pony Race may go to Rodney or Topay, tho Welter Handicap to Minnie or Beimout, and Selling Race to Marguerite. Hippoxa.
