UNION MORTGAGE AGENCY COMPANY.

The Union Mortgage Agency Company of Australia show a profit of £20,400 for the year. No dividend will be paid on ordinary shares, and only a half year's interest will be paid on preference shares. The directors attribute bhe shrinkage in revenue to drought, the low price obtained for wool, and general depression.
