The Christian Brothers' Schools in Ireland decline to adopt the compulsory attendance of pupils, on tue grounds that their schools are not endowed by the State. Jn the House ot Commons Mr Sexton and his colleagues opposed the Government compelling the Brothers to comply with the Act.
