THE NATIONALISATION OF MINES.
Adelaide, this day. The labour party has submitted a new clause in the Mining Bill, providing for nationalisation of mines. An amendment that the question be referred to a referendum was opposed by the labour party. Eventually, the clause was rejected by 2i to 19.
