BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES.
Sydney, October 31. At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South Wales the chairman stated that a hearty response had been made to the increased capital of the institution, and although the first payment was not yet due the sum of ,£86,000 out of jQi 17,000 had been paid.
