The Public Trust Office, oonetituted by "The Public Trust Offlce Act, 1872," hw boen sinco much oularged in its functions by amending Acte, to meet growing requirements. In private trusteeships, death and absence render necessary numerous and expeuuive deeds not required by Public Trustee's administration, which has, besides, the office ■olioitor's advice without expense to the estates.
