This is an Appeal from a daciaion by Mr Justice Deoniston on a motion by tbe Official An?i«nee of the estate of Willifim Edward Marsh, of ChrUtuhurch, but.cher, to avoid a bill of sale ar.d assignment 'cf. book debts executed by Marsh in favour of John Ferenson, of Haiswell. grazier, on tho 24th December, 1892. Marsh became bankrupt on the 21et January, 1883.
