Good bunciies realised 3s to 4s others down to 2s; cases damaged, 3a 9d ; fair, 7a 6d ; good, Fa 6d to 10s ; pines, 140 crates gold ah from 53 to 12a 9<l each; cocoanut*, 7s to 7s 9d ; peanuts, 2d. Lemons are in good demand, a quantity to hand sold at from 6a to Sa 6d per caae; passion fruit, 8s 6d to JOs ; cucumbers, 3s 6d to 4a 6d per dozen ; tomatoes. 6d per )b. Potato market very bare, old, £7 to £8; new Shepherds, good sample, l£d to Hd ; small, Id ; kidneys, good, lfd ; onions, good local, ljd to 2d ; Californian, «W ; pumpkins, £6 00 £7 ; green peas Is 9d to 2s ; bran, £3 to £3 5s ; sharps, £3 5s to £3 10s ; oats, feed, 2s 8d ; maize, 2a 8d ;
wheat, good fowl feed, 2« 9d ttf 3s. Butter market dull; prime fresh, 6d to 8d; inferior, 4d ; keg butter, no really' prime 10 _ tha market,- while stocks of inferior are heavy and almost unsaleable; prime, 6d t& 7d ; inferior, 3d to 4d. Eggs continue to meet a good demand at 6d to 6£d for hen and 6£d to 7£d for duck. Cheeso plentiful and quiet ab 4d to sd. Honey: Bulk, 2^d to 3d ; eection, 3s 6d to 4a; small tins, 4d to 4£d. Bacon in good demand; prime, 7d to 7£d; hams, 8d; poor lots bacon, 4d to 6d ; hams, 5d to 6£d. Mr R. Arthur reports that business has been fulr duririg the week. The market was cleared of old potatoes ab prices ranging from £6 to £8 per ton. New kidneys realised l£d to lfd per lb; Shepherds, Id to l£d ; white carrots, Is 9d to 2s per cwt; onions, l^d to lfd por lb ; wheat, 2s lid per bushel; maize, 2s lOd ; barley, 2s Gd ; oats, 2s 6d to 2s 9d; bran, 3s 6d to 3s 9d; sharps, 3s 3d to 3a 6d ; butter, keg, 4d to 7d per lb ; fresh, 4sd to 7sd ; eggs, 6d to 7d per dozen ; best local bacon. s£d to 7d per lb ; hams, 6|d to 8d ; shoulders, 2|d to 5d per lb ; sundry lots, 3id to s£d per lb ; best cheese, 5d to 6d per lb; ordinary, 2d to 4£d. Fruit: Lemons, 6d to 8d per dozen, 4s to 5s 3d per case ; local oranges, 4|d to (id per dozen. Fowls : Turkey gobblers, 3s 6d to 5s 8d each ; turkey hens, 2s 6d to 3s 3d ; ordinary fowl, Is 6d to 2s 6d ; ducklings, 4d to 6d each ; ducks, la 9d to 2s 6d each; pigs, 10a each.
NEW ZEALAND PRODUCE EXPORT. The s.s. Hauroto sailed from Wellington to-day for Sydney with 875 sacks of wheat, 419 sacks of oats, 50 sacks of peas, 100 Backs of Sour, 250 sack? of malt, 740 sacks of potatoes.
