ALLEGED FORCIBLE ENTRY.
THE CASE SETTLED.
This morning the Police Court; was occupied hearing the charge of alleged forcible entry at Onehunga preferred against Carl Weber.
After Carl Weber (the defendant) had given his evidence, an amicable settlement between the parties was arrived at. Defendant agreed to forfeit his claim to the section on the prosecutor paying £6, each party to pay their own costs. Mr Bush thought ib was a proper way to settle the quarrel. The case would probably have been dismissed, A counter-cage of aseauSc was also dismissed. Several witnesses asked for their expenses. Mr liuah referred thorn to the parties who Butr.tnoned them.
