Waiuku, this day.
Mr Massoy addressed a meeting of nearly 300 electors at Waiuku last night. Several ladies were present. Major Hamlin occupied the chair. The candidate spoke well on the leading questions of the day for upwards of an hour and a-half. At the conclusion of his speech, a number of questions were asked, and an almost unanimous vote of thanks and confidence was carried, being proposed by Mr Hosking and seconded by Mia Hodge, only two being against it.
