PRESBYTERIAN SOIREE.
TnE members and frionds of tho united churches of Otara, Howick and Otahuhu met together last evening in the public hall, Otahuhu. After a well prepared tea, tho Rev. MrSloelooccupied tbe chair, when the following programme was submitted : — T.e annual'report tvas road and adopted. Seferal anthems wore sung by the united .loirs, and addresses were delivered by tho Chairman, Revs. R, T. West, 11. Bull H. Evans and R. Ferguson. Solos by Miss Rimmer |2) and recitations by Mr Ivekwick (2) lent a pleasant variety to tho programme. There was a largo attendance, and at the close a hearty vote of thanks was given to officebearers, bhe choirs and others who had contributed to the success til the evening's entertainment.
