Wellington tbis day. Probate has been granted of the will of. the late Mr W. H. Levin. The deceased bequeaths to his wife a sum of £1,000 for her own use, to be paid out of tho firab money which cornea into tli« hands of his executors; to his aunts Mrs Rose How, widow, M'»s Sarah Levin, spinster, and Miss Miram Levin, spinster (all of London), he loaves to each the sum of £250 ; tho resb of his real. and personal property he leaves in the hands of the Hon. George McLean, M.L.0., of Dunedin, Mr Edward Pierce, merchant, Wellington, and Mr G. Fitzgerald, of Blenheim, civil engineer, in trust. The sheep farming property at Bowlands is to ba boW in trust, and on the eldesbeon attaining tne age of 25 years it is to bo ottered bo his two eldest eons at the amount of valuation, en"l amounb to be charged againsb the sharei of the song in the capital of residuary estate. Tho eons will be allowed three months in which to accept the offer.
