Sir,—A statemenb having appeared in several newspapers to the effocb fchab the Tyser Line were aboub to withdraw from the outward trade to New Zealand, I shall feel obliged by your granting me Bpace in your columns to conbradicb this rumour. The Tyser Line steamers will continue to take cargo from London for all New Zealand ports via Melbourne and Sydney as hitherto, excepting only Lyttelton nnd Port Chalmera, where they have no frozen moab engagement.—l am, etc., Ricjukd Todd, Colonial Superintendents.
