Courb was occupied during the whole oE yesterday and to-day,' bearing evidence in a claim Chas. Woolgar v. William Porritt. The defendant had occupied premises owned by plaintiff ab Waterview, Avondale, and plaintiff claimed £50 for damage to the house, orchard, fences, etc. A number of witnesses were examined in the case.
