Bill of Costs.—ln the matter of the Law .Practitioners Acb, 1882, and of Finn and Crisp's bill of costs ngainHt Wareaua l'araono and others. Summons for order to box tho bill of costs. Thoro was a second motion for leavo to tax a bill oE co3ts against Maroaua Paraono. Both motions wore allowed to stand over until the 29th inct.

Mary Ann Basks axd another. —This was a summons tor atay ot execution pending an application by the Official Assignee in Banco to-morrow to bo relieved from personal liability to pay coate of action.—His Honour granted the application for stay of proceedings.
