Oisborne, this day. Mr Allan Macdonald, formerly M.H.R.. for theEasoCoast, leftDunedin in the middle of May last by the s.b. Rotomahana. On arrival at Melbourne on May 20tb ho put up a() the Otago Hotel in Flinders-street, and after disposing of his luggage in his bedroom went out;, and has not sineo been heard of. The Melbourne police have made a thorough and searching inquiry without) finding a trace of the missing man. Hia luggage was searched, and only revealed the fact that he was formerly a sheep farmer at Poverty Bay and has friends in Gisborno. These are quite in the dark as to his whereabouts,
