SITTING IN CHAMBERS.

(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Be Thomas O'Donohue (deceased).—Thif - waa a motion that the Public Trustee, be appointed executor of the will in place of Andrew Graham and William Fitzgerald Crawford, and that costs of application be paid by Andrew Graham.—Mr Tolo appeared in support of the motion.—An affidavit had been filed by Andrew Graham, asking to be discharged as executor, and assenting to payment of costs of application. —His Honor made the order as prayed. Chattels Transfer Act.—ln the matter of the Chattels Tranfor Act, 1889, and of » ' bill of sale registered as No. 82/132, Mr Keesing made an application for leave to renew registration.—Leave was granted by His Honor as prayed, affidavit to be filed i on or before the Ist Augusb next.

Public Works Act. —In reference to 8 certain claim under the Public Works Act, for compensation by George Hewson, of Cambridge, settler, against the Mayor, councillors and burgesses of the borough of - Cambridge, Mr Mahony asked that HiO. / application be allowed to stand over till . the Ist of August, to which His Honor ; consented.

Directions as to Taking Accounts.—Mr Micholson moved on summons in tho cases Wm, Joseph Charleß Stoken y. George MeCaul, Samuel Parker, David Miller and Nathaniel Randoll, for directions as tc taking accounts, etc—Mr Clayton appeared for McCaul, Miller and Rande!l> Parker was not represented, and His Hono' said he could not deal in his caso without consent. If he did not choose to employ • solicitor he should have appeared peP sonally. In the other cases Jiis HonflK ordered accounts to be filed by defendant* within fourteen days, accounts to be. taken by Registrar with power to deal with all items, though above £10, wibh leave fot either party to apply to the Judge— tbt Registrar to have full power under rule--429.
