A most severe norbh wesb gale was experienced yesberday in this city. Trees exposed to its violence wore blown down, bub littlo damage was inflicted otherwise. Nows from country districts is to tho effect that considerable damage was done to property. Tho wind moderated towards midnight, and to-day was very warm and calm. -
