STATEMENT BY A DIRECTOR
London , Juiy 25. Mr E. S. Dawes, one of the director* 3 of the Queensland National Bank, addressing a meeting of the bank's creditors yesterday, stated that no new capital would be issued without the consent of the shareholders.
