Afc the Supreme Court this afternoon argument was proceeding in the longpending civil action Dinah Ciark v. Jamca Aiken, for £60 damages for trespass and for wrib of injunction in connection with land at Tokatoke. Mr Thorites, the enterprising land ageut of this city, has just inaugurated a new departure, with a view of (riving wider publicity to the numerous properties placed in bis hands for sale.
