CONFERENCE AT MELBOURNE,
Melbohkne, this day. The Seamen's Union passed a resolution against tho acceptance of a reduction ia wages. It is anticipated that very fow of tiio crews will avail themselves of tho ouportunity to send dolotratcs to discuss the matter with owner*. The Conference will probably tako placo to-day.
