Brown, Campbell and Co. v. Mrs E. Ashwin.— Claim £37 3s 7d, balance of accounts, spirits, ale, etc., supplied. Defendant, who resides at Stratford, did not appear. — Judgment) wbb given for the amount claimed, with costs £4 3s. Mr C. F. Buddie appeared for plaintiff. John Allen v. J. H. McMillan.—Claim £1 ba, good? supplied. Defendant did nob nppoar. — Judgment waa given for the amount due, with costs Ss. JODCMENT SUMMONSES. J. and W. Williams v. Frederick Blackmore.—Claim £1 5s Id.—The debtor was examined aa Lo his means. He deposed that his earnings did not average more than 15s or 16s per weok. The judgment creditor said he did not wish to press the dobtor if he showed an inclination to pay even Is per week.—The case was adjourned till the 23rd June. defended cases. Patrick Walsh v. Edward Dunne.— This was an action to recover £19 ss_ 9d, balance of an account due.—Mr McAlister appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Cotter for defendant.—The claim was really a dispute between the parties as to accounts between them.—The _ plaintiff was. nonBaited without costs. i
