IRISH HOME RULE.
DEBATE IN THE COMMONS,
London, June 14. In tho House of Commons, to-day, Clause 3 of the Home Rule Bill, defining tho eubjecta in respect of which the Irish Legislature shall not havo power to make laws, was agreed to. Tho last eight amendments to the clauso were ruled out of order.
