DEBATE IN THE COMMONS,
MARRIAGE AND DIVORCE.
London, June 1!3, In Committee in the House of Commons, an amendment; was moved to the Homo Rule Bill in favour of including marriage and divorce laws among the subjects upon which the Irish Legislature is forbidden to legislate. The amendment! was negatived by M, AlrCMadetone, speaking totheatnendmenfc, said ths marriage laws of the colonies, which were different from those of Great Britain, were vetoed again and again, yet the colonies won tho day in the end.
