COUNT KALNOKY'S RECENT
SPEECH.
Vienna, June 11. Count Kalnoky, replying to the attacks which were made by the German presa on bis recent addreas to the Hungarian Delegation, denied that Austria was plotting to bring about a secret Russian alliance, and contended thab adhesion bo the Triple Alliance did nob prevent the existence of friendly relations with other countries. St. Petersburg, June 12. Thß "Npvoe Vremya" says thab Counfi Kalnoky's recent address to the Delegations, and his reply to his critics, go to prove thab Austria is unable to act without the guidance of Germany.
