Wellington, this day. The Court of Appeal opened this morning, but, as is usually the easo, nothing was done. Only throe judges were present.— Judges Richmond, Conolly, and Denniston. Outside counsel havo not yet arrived. Ten cases in all are set down for hearing, the first for to-morrow.
