The Dowager Duchess of Sutherland has been arrested and conveyed to Hoiloway Gaol. Her cell has boon most luxuriously furnished, and she will be allowed to obtain all comforts. In addition to receiving friends, ehe is to have an attendant, and have access to newspapers and books.
