HAURAKI GOLD MINING CO An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in this Company was held at the office of the leeal manager on WEDNESDAY, 19th. to discuss th« present position and prospects of the mine. The difidculties and disappointments under which they have laboured for some time past were laid before the shareholders by the Chairman of the Company, and, as so many of those present declined to pay any further calls, it was decided te wind up the Company voluntarily. Meiers Banbury and Slater were appointod Liquidators, and requested to close up the affairs of the Company as speedily as possible. TTAURAKI GOLD MINING CO. Creditors of the above Company are requested to send their names, addresses aim particulars of aocounta to the undersigned before 6th May, 1893, as the Company has gone into liquidation.
