Oamaru, this day. The Oamaru Autumn Meeting commenced to-day. The weather was showery and the attendance moderate. The results were :—
Hurdles.—Leroi 11., 1; Melton, 2; Miss Elleu, 3. Three others ran. Won easily. Time, 3min lOsec. Dividend, £2 10s.
Maiden Stakes—Changeling, 1; Puzzle, 2 ; Comrade, 3. Four others started. Won with ridiculous'ease. Time, lmin 55£ sec. Dividend, £2 3a.
Trot.—Tommy, 1 ; Marion, 2 ; Ellen, 3. Three others started. Tommy won by a couple of lengths. Time, _mm 4l3ec. Dividend, £3 3s. *
