THREE PER CEInT. ON CAPITAL AND

WORKING EXPENSE.,

(by telegraph.—press association.)

Wellington, this day. •The railway rrevenue for the financial year is £1,181,000. The expenditure has not yet been accurately determined, owing to store accounts not being balanced, but it is certain the net revenue will exceed £445,000, which will eive 3 per cent, on the capital expended in construction and working.
