TUB NEW ZEALAND "TIMES" DISPUTE.

Wellington, this day. In Chambers to-day Mr Jellicoo's injunction to restrain the New Zealand " Times " directorate from acting was argued. His Honor admitted that four of the directors wore properly elected, and ordered thera to call another general meeting, at which the resolutions passed at the recenb meeting and any other resolutions, of which proper notice had been given, should be considered.
