The Poverty Bay Farmers' Co-operative Association haa just completed_ its first year of/ business on an extensive scale, v The directors in their report state that afber having materially reduced the cosb of goods to consumers durintr the year the net profit is equal to thirty five percent upon'the average capital employed and the business of tbe Association has steadily encreased. The directors propose a dividend of 10 per cenb and the creation of a reserve lund.
