ANOTHER CUSTOMS SEIZURE.
ALLEGED UNDERVALUATION OP IMPORTS.

Wellington, this day. The Customs have seized 128 dozen silk handkerchiefs and 20 pieces dress silk consigned to a Chinese dealer, and which are alleged to be undervalued in the invoice. The Department secured the goods at invoice price, with 10 per cent, added.
