The s.s. Waiotahi arrived from Opotiki this morning with 800 sacks maize, 7 sheep, 2 pigs, and sundries.
The now scow Scoub is to leave this evening for Ho_ianga, where she loads baulk timber for Townsville (Q.).
The s.s. Australia, Captain Gibb, arrived shortly after 11 o'clock last nighb from Wellington via Napier, Gisborne, Tokmaru, Waipiro, Awanui, and Tuparoa. She jbrings 55 tons of general cargo and a 'portion of the transhipment ex lonic, at Wellington, from London.
