THE NATIONAL ANTHEM
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —Will you kindly allow me through the medium of your valuable paper, to thank all the school children who took part in rendering the National Anthem yesterday afternoon. I have to thank them for the admirable attention given me at tho right moment, in tho midst of so much excitement and so many temptations calculated to draw off their attention. Permit mo also to thank the headmasters, the lady and other assistants for their hearty cooperation. To thorn iv a largo measure I attribute .the success attending tho children's display.—! am, etc.,
