LABOUR DISTURBANCES.
A- SINGULAR INCIDENT.
ARRESTED FOR DERISION.
New York, September 5.
While an excursion steamer was passing Carnegie's works at Homestead, the passengers, derided i', I'freeman," whom they called " blackleg." Soldiers in another vessel pursued the excursion steamer, and, overtaking her, went on board and arrested 25 of the passengers. In the struggle several persons were injured.
