ALLEGED DRUNKENNESS IN CONGRESS.
Washington, July 31
Mr Watson, one of the Georgian members of the House of Representatives, accused the members and Speaker of legislating while drunk. The stabemenb was received with a wild uproar and hisses and a Committee was appointed ab once to investigate the charges.
