Tangiers, July 30. The Moorish Court displays a defiant attitude towards the British Commissioners, and is preparing to receive the French mission wibh unprecedented honour. The Moors fired on the Spanish gunboat Pilar. The latter, returned the fire and Bilenced the Moors.
