COUNTY COUNCIL LOAN.
London, May 19.
A loan issued by the London County Council of £1,200,000 at 2_ per cent, was subscribed over twofold at an average of £89 3s sd, which is £3 15s above the minimum. The Council will expend £1,600,000 in public works.
