Defondunfcclid nob appear, and an order was made that lie should tind surety in £10 that he would comply with tho order for six months, or in default ono month's imprisonment.' —Robert Hill did nob appear to answer to the charge of having neglected to comply with an order of the Court to .support his son.—The Bench ordered dofomlanb to find surety of £10 that ho would comply with the order for s-ix months, or in default ono month's imprisonment with hard labour. —John James Hunter was cailod to show cause why ho should not support his v/ifo. The ca.=o was adjourned until next week, as ib was shown that tho couple had boon occupying tho aaiuo houso since the issue of tho summons.
