Messrs A. Buckland and Sons' Report.— At the Haymarkefc during the past week meadow hay in short supply has brought from 2s 6d to 3a 3d; oaten sheaves, Is 9d to 2s 3d the cwt ; chaff, £3 to £3 10s. Potatoes, 27s 6d to 32s 6d per ton ; maize on wharf. Is 8d ; in store, Is 10d and Is lid bushel ; oats, Is 9d to 2s 3d bushel; cocksfoot, 4s to 6a '>d ; rye grass, 3s 6d to 4s 3d bushel. On Friday, horse stock yarded in full number. Young sound animals of all classes in request at full values. Prices for heavy draught ranged from £15 to £26; medium draught, £S to £15 ; riding horses, £6 to £25 ; undersized and ill-con-ditioned from £1 to £3 eacb. Horse, trap and harness brought £15, a double-seated
buggy £15. On Tuesday, hides in full number kept late values. Heavy ox, from 5d to 41d ; medium, to 3gd ; light and damaged, 2d to 2id ; cowhides, lid to 2sd ; calf skins, 4d to s£d the lb ; tallow, 183 6d cwb ; rough the lb. Sheepskins were at lower values, and brought from 8d to 2s 7d each ; wool, s|d to 6£d tho lb.
