Little Arthur and Prime Warden arrived last evening, also Coinage and Young Cheviot. The two former are looking well. They were out this morning. The best gallops were Cruchfield and Galtee over a mile and a-half in company with Conjuror and Flinders over seven furlongs. Clanranald and MerrieEngland went over a mile. Wakawatea and Day Dream wentoverfive furlongs. Boulanger sweated. Diadem appears sore, but all the other candidates seem to bo standing up to their work.
A large number of visitors from the North and South are arriving, and the meeting promises to be most successful.
