The Elginshire.
Timaktt, April 13.—Arrangements for floating off the Elginshire were tested this afternoon, and several minor defects found. These are to be remedied as far as possible, bub pos?ibly the first attempt to float her off will be made to-morrow morning, if the sea is favourable.
