Messbs Cochrane and Son, auctioneers, sold by auction to-day a seven-roomed dwelling-house ab Mount lloskill, with a frontage of 66 feeb to Mount Alberb and Kingsl'and Roads, and a depth of 198 feeb. The price realised was £156. Xob, 4 Papaknra village, containing 1 rood and 32 perches, sold for £5 15s. The section is close to the hotel, and fronts the main road. Two allotments at Drury, each

containing 1 rood and 2 perches, sold at 13s per lot. Messes Baker Bros, sold by auction today at Ponsonby an eight-roomed house, situated in Brown-street, on a section 45 x 103, planted with fruit and ornamental trees. The price was £170.
